Agjencia Kombetare e Bregdetit shume shpejt fillon debatin publikmbi planifikimet e plazheveshqiptare. Një prej plazheve i cili pritet ti nënshtrohet planifikit është edhe Gjiri i Lalzit.
Planifikimi i kesaj zone perfshinplazhet publike, plazhet mekoncesion zonat e mbrojtura, zonat mbrapa plazheve etj. Sipas AKB-së një planifikim perfekt i zones se plazheve do te filloje mirmanaxhimin e ketij aseti te rendesishem publik. Plazhet mund te jepen me koncesion sipas kushteve dhe standarteve te percaktuara nga Shteti.
